Even if you are required to wear glasses, you can still have rhinoplasty surgery.
The reason we prohibit glasses after surgery is that the load placed on broken/cut bones may cause healing problems. For this reason, we recommend our patients use contact lenses for 6 months after surgery.
If you cannot use contacts and have no solution other than glasses, aesthetic procedures can be performed focused only on rasping and the nasal tip without any bone-breaking.
