There are 3 main types of products you can use for nasal washing.

⚠️ These products require a preparation procedure and you cannot easily carry and use them with you.

Preparation involves mixing boiled and cooled water or water you are sure is clean with powder medication and application is through squeezing into the nose.

There is no need for the medication to enter from one nostril and exit the other. The goal is to perform mechanical washing inside the nose.

💉Physiological Saline (Isotonic)COST FRIENDLY

You can do nasal washing using 1L, 0.9% NaCl saline that you can procure from pharmacies.

To use this, you can draw the saline with a 10cc or 20cc syringe, remove the needle at the tip, and wash by squirting into the nose using the needle-free syringe.
