When can I exercise?

The process of returning to sports and physical activities after surgery should be slow and controlled. The sports schedule according to the healing period is as follows:

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ
From the 2nd Week

Light-paced walking is allowed. However, activities with high pulse rates (such as running, heavy cardio) must definitely be avoided in this period.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ
From the 1st Month

You can increase your exercise pace and raise your pulse. However, sudden movements that increase head/nasal pressure, such as holding your breath while lifting weights and straining (valsalva maneuver) are not appropriate in this period.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ
From the 2nd Month

You can freely exercise at any pace you want (at home or in the gym).

โš ๏ธ Strict Rule Until the 6th Month!

Although you can do your desired sport after the 2nd month, you must stay completely away from any competitive sports that may apply physical force to your nose (boxing, karate, wrestling, close-contact basketball, football, etc.) and risk of trauma until the 6th month.
