The nasal structure is of course sensitive in the first 4-6 months post-surgery since it is in the fusion process. Receiving an impact must essentially be avoided during this early period.
However, when healing is complete (about the 6th month), since the bones have fully fused, your nose fully regains its former natural durability and solidness. It will never be of a weaker or more easily breakable structure than before.
